DecisionWise Principal Consultant, Kristin Chapman, was honored yesterday at an awards banquet at Salt Lake City’s Grand America Hotel and is featured in the magazine’s May issue.
The 30 Women to Watch event celebrates Utah’s most successful and influential women. Each year, it recognizes and honors 30 of Utah’s most dynamic women for their professional achievements, demonstrated leadership, and service in the community.

Kristin leads a team of consultants and assessment professionals at DecisionWise responsible for leadership and organizational development. With extensive international experience, she has overseen organizational assessment, data analytics, and change strategies for clients in over 30 languages and in 60 countries. Her areas of expertise include 360-degree feedback, employee engagement surveys, employee-value proposition, and culture assessment.
In her previous role as Vice President of Client Services, Kristin led a team focused on survey design, administration, research, data analytics, executive reporting, and action planning. Prior to joining DecisionWise over a decade ago, Kristin worked with several non-profits in leadership positions.
