Having spent the past couple of decades developing and administrating 360 Degree Feedback surveys to companies such as Clorox, T-Mobile, and Activision, DecisionWise relied upon client insights and feedback to create a platform with the best administrator and user experience on the market.

Paul Warner joins DecisionWise to further analytics and research capabilities

SPRINGVILLE, UTAH, USA—Employee Experience consulting and analytics firm, DecisionWise, announced today that Paul Warner, PhD, has rejoined the DecisionWise leadership team in the capacity of Vice President of Employee Experience Research and Analytics. Warner will lead efforts in furthering the company’s Employee Experience function, focusing on Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Employee Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Analytics.

Dr. Warner served for six years as VP of Employee Experience Consulting at DecisionWise prior to joining customer experience firm, InMoment, where his focus for the past five years was on the Customer Experience or “CX” side of the business. With extensive background in the relationship between the employee experience and customer experience, Warner brings his knowledge of human behavior back to DecisionWise and this newly announced role and function.

Warner has over 15 years of experience in the Employee Engagement field. He holds a dual PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology. Warner is a respected researcher, psychologist and author, having published articles in a number of professional and academic publications. Along with Maylett, he co-authored the original release of the book “MAGIC: Five Keys to Unlocking the Power of Employee Engagement.”
