Previously, Molly served as an individual, group, and family counselor before transitioning into a demanding high-growth sales position where she was a perennial top performer. The convergence of Molly’s coaching and sales expertise led inexorably to training and advisory roles. By uncovering points of leverage within family systems and applying novel approaches withintraditional counseling frameworks, she has an uncanny ability to identify and promote growth opportunities.

Rick Mattson co-founded a foreign start-up in Belfast, Northern Ireland for a Fortune 500 company. He has directed an Organizational Effectiveness Office and led various teams in project management, organizational change management, and compliance/quality. Rick is a certified Portfolio Management Professional, holds a masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and is completing his PhD in Learning and Leadership with a dissertation sponsored by the International Coach Federation on evidence-based coaching.
