I would definitely recommend this training course. It gave me the knowledge of what a 360 is and how to use it positively. Any fears or apprehensions I had about using 360s before this course where completely calmed and I’m a lot more confident in the process. I feel like I could now coach and debrief somebody, administer 360s, and do it well after attending this session.
