DecisionWise can conduct a battery of assessments as part of the Leadership Coaching process. The DecisionWise team has access to numerous psychometric assessments, due to our experience, training, and certification levels. We have also formed partnerships with a number of organizations which have developed psychometric assessments. The assessments used are carefully chosen by a DecisionWise team of experts in I/O psychology, in collaboration with the client in order to create a customized evaluation. These psychometric assessments vary according to client needs. An example of some of the assessments that can be used appears below.

The chosen assessments are compiled into a Leadership Intelligence Profile. This summary report includes an evaluation by the coach that provides additional insights and recommendations.
